    Hey all, this was found in Plane of Tactics after one of the last few patches:

    one of these dropped during a trial in PoJ. Anybody got the dirt on it yet?

      new mage research item maybe?
      the name matches those of old mage research items (gloves of Rallos Zek, wing of Xegony, etc.
      and if it dropped in both zones its probably on the global drop table anyway.

        Aye one droped for me in PoJ as well both in trials and fighting punishers in 4spawn hallway...still no clue what its for but like enrage said I to have also heard that it may be for mage research...though not confirmed and hold onto it till it is...just in case it is an arrow component...

          Bolts of Tallon were mentioned in several of the mage-spell recipes in the books found in Tox on test server.
