Any fletching recipes with "cultural-style" bonus chance to skill-up?

I've been trying to get from 288 to 300 on a non-Karana/non-Wood-Elf fletcher with horrible skill-up rates. I've tried laminated bow staves, and making bows from them (got to the 288 mark while making bows from the supple laminated staves) -- and with Elaborate and Inured bows, since I happened to have some silks and spinneret fluids) -- on a character with over 800 dex this is truly awful.

Are there any equivalents of the "skill up bonuses" that the cultural combines got, for using the rare components? (i.e. spinneret fluid vs. the silks)?

I believe from my own experience making them that it is possible there is a skill up bonus on the cultural bows that use those top few tiers of spinneret fluids but I cannot confirm that for certain. I never heard any confirmation one way or the other.

I made about 40 bows using spinneret fluids sometime between 293 and 296, I don't believe I got any skill-ups from those. Annoyingly also, the bows have no resale value so I dumped them into Guild Tribute.

I finished off fletching to 300 using treant bow staves then turning all but the supple staves into bows. Unlike on Gaell, there's zero chance I'm going to try to get to the 7th trophy any time soon, it will be via drftwood bows for tribute sometime over the next year or two.

I might have just gotten lucky with the RNG, but I went from 298 to 300 making Elaborate Recurve Bows and got both of my skill-ups on 25 combines. This is about on par with the rate I got while doing tialoring and smithing in the >270 range.
