It's actually a tradeskill armor historian by the entrance to the library in PoK at -80.96,738.12,4.70 and the book is called 'Recurve Bow Diagrams'

Was the Recurve Bow Diagrams removed from game. cant seem to find them.

Nope, they are still there. Just got a stack yesterday. Easily found on many Fletching Merchants, such as in Crescent Reach.

I mean the Recurve Bow Diagrams the book you use to learn the ability to make them. It used to be on the guys in front of the pok library ,But im unable to find it and i heard it had been moved or removed from the game.

It's still in PoK on the same person I listed above - It's scroll not a book...a tradeskill armor historian neg 80, pos 740 sells for 8 p 3g 9s 9c listed in between ornate charms and seals of power if you alpha sort on her list. My level 76 necro with only 200 skill can see the scroll....
