Hi, Knocked one of these babies up and it says "can be used in tadeskills" so... having looked on here I can't find a further use for it. Anyone got any ideas?

I agree that that's what the tradeskills tag used to indicate, but wasn't there an update at one point saying most of the restringing recipes were going away?
