Mithril Arrow Component Yields

Just for the record, for the mithril arrow components (arrowheads, shafts, fletches) the yield is 2 for each combine. In other words

Smithing:
Small Brick Mithril, File, Water = Mithril Arrowhead x2
Large Brick Mithril, Arrowshaft Mold, File, Water = Mithril Arrowshaft x2

Fletching:
Small Brick Mithril, Mithril Working Knife = Mithril Fletch x2

The current recipe pages don't list the yield for arrowheads and fletches

Old topic - I know - but where/how does one obtain the Mithril working knife? Haven't seen it in the equipment lists or smithing.
