I think he is being sarcastic. Its hard to tell but I have not seen much of any inkling there are new Fletching Recipes at least for anything Major but then again there could be some new stuff not figured out yet. Dunno .Comment

Yeah looks like fishing was completely overlooked. Even the tradeskill quest uses all tradeskilsl except fishing.
There are new alchemy, tinkering, and research recipes I don't know if there are poison recipes but many high level rogue often don't bother because it offers so little added dps.Grolyn Blacknife

Ok - at least there is a 50 damage arrow we can fletch.
Expendable - so if you want to do a Trueshot with it you have a LOT of camping before you can have a stack.Serano

It is part of Erons quest line, like quest #5. Need 250 in all tradeskills except brewing and tailoring to get to that part though

Wait, I'm confused... aren't they complaining about "Fletching"? Also, as Ngreth mentioned, there are some new fish and fish recipes in the TS quest.
