where is a good place for farming Horse Hoofs? or can you suggest a better route than the Laminates after 298? being a Frog fletcher sucks

Being anything other than a Wood Elf or a Karana worshipper sucks.
At 65, the only camp I found for horse hooves was the 3 nightmare spawns in the Ruins of Takish'Hiz. At least a 15 minute respawn, and hooves are uncommon (maybe one every 3 rounds, if that).

I know I could have been just lucky but when doing some lowbe quest in the dark tower I killed the sergeants 6 times and got 4 horse hoofs...
Now I do want to know why those sergeants drop horse hoofs...did they as maevenniia suggested eat their horses? They are skeletons, they dont even resemble a dead horse.

I am camping the undead camp in Brightfire moor and both Sergeant Strall and Sergeant Janx drops the horse hoof. I've been here approximately 10 respawns and have gotten 13 horse hoofs. Seems Janx drops it more than Strall. Sometimes they can drop 2 hoofs each.
I also have a character camping the Nightmares in Takish. I've been there 6hrs camping both the branches and the horse. I've gotten 4 horse hoofs so far.
Seems Brightfire Moor is the best camp for hooves right now.Comment
