    All of the silver tip ones are magic. Also the 3 flavours of substance tip types are magic.

      Aye, various silver tip models are going to be nearest to your current skill range. They're more expensive than the points you've been using up to now, but yield 10 instead of 5. The lowest trivial for any silver tip recipe that I wouldn't consider wasteful is 182 (there are some recipes that trivial at 155 that require drakebones. Don't do it. It's a waste of drakebones).

        Your best bet for magical arrows from vendor-purchased materials closest to your skill level is going to be Class 5 Ceramic Silver Tip (Small Groove)

        Triv 182, damage 6, range 125. Good for pulling and for damage. Vendor purchased goods. A bit pricy, but it returns 10 per success rather than 5, and you're making quality arrows.
