  • Shadewood bow re: progression server

I noticed that the Shadewood bow staff is on the kelethin bow vendor. When did this get added? I dont remember shadewood being around in the kunark/velious era, and only remember darkwood as the high level crafted bow.

Seems like it's out of place if left in the old world, but it might not be that big of a deal seeing as how the trivial is 268, and its extrememly tough to get to 215 w/o items from later expansions. At 202-215 skill whats the odds of making something that trivs at 268?

52%-65% from 202-215 skill. With a 200 as max stat(Probably avg if using shaman buffs?)

I recall Shadewood being added during the Luclin era, but yes it went to all appropriate (ie the bow) vendors. While it may not "fit" the progression server concept, it has been stated for a long time that there was not going to be changes to the system in place as it is, so I imagine they will stay there.

As for skill ups. Why not fall back on the trusted Trueshot Longbow? All the way to 235. With Translocators and a little time farming parts it becomes a viable means for skill-ups.
