Fletching for a DE Question

This is my last skill for the 2100club. I am having a hard time finding a path to 300 from 282 for a DE. Any and all suggestions would help.

Look under fletching there are a few PoR bows you can try. The fallen branches takes a while to forage but you can also collect ground spawn. They may also be available cheaply on bazaar traders, I've seen some for 250 each on Maelin.
