Was killing the horses in Tak. In 9 kills I got 1 LQ hide and 3 hoofs. In the same time I only foraged 2 branches lol.
Is that the normal drop rate?

I have had many runs where I got three hooves in a row, three HQ in a row or three LQ in a row or a combination of all three. Of course, I have had a fair share of runs where I got none of the above.
However, I may not be your average horse farmer. To give you an example of how many horses I killed, I have over 200 composite treant laminated bow staffs, a stack of hooves and a stack of LQ skins sitting in my bank. This is after skilling up from 282 to 300 on POR bows. Yes...I am a freak.
