I got this after a days run of skilling from 202 to 300. I also got my Master's Trophy to level 6 with 30% into it before almost falling asleep.

Straight Oak are used in

bought the horse hoof's for 8-11k each, so basically 20 combines for 10k, roughly 500plat per combine, i thought it was reasonable at least
took about 150-200 combines total, didn't keep complete track but thats my best estimate
also farmed a lot of the hoofs and all the treant branches
all in all, about 2 weeks farming crap and 2 hours putting it all together
