Girplan feathers

I literally spent close to 100k for 30 Girplan Feathers in the bazaar over the course of two months and when I felt ready to do some combines I got absolutely no skill ups! My fletching was in the high 280s when I did those combines. I think the drop issue rarity or skillup rate for such a rare drop needs addressing sooner. I'm a half elf agnostic and it's frustrating that there's no other reasonable high skillup path. The POP bow recipes aren't exactly bountiful in the drop rates of ingredients needed either. Anyone have any luck finding reasonable zones for farming girplan feathers? I've seen girplan feathers drop randomly off any girplan model in Anguish but have yet to see one drop off trash mobs in WOS, where I used to exp like crazy for weeks when OOW came out. If there are other zones where these are somewhat farmable, please share. I'm sure I'm not the only player who has this frustration.

None- forget the recipe, it is crap crap crap

Same fro bazu bones- Dont even know why trivial is 302 for that pice of crap bow, it is a skillup recipe and nothing else

People abuse situation by asking 3k for one feather and it makes crap items that you can never sell unless it is at 100pp or less. You are better off making tradeskill trophees or buy stuff for elemental bows, at least they return the money u spent on combines, either thru bazaar selling or thru tribute

They know it, they keep it so it is done on purpose. Why? \God knows seeing woodelfs and karana followers all have a VERY easy vendor bought cheap path to 300

Doing both Fletching and tailoring here atm.. and out of them both.. Fletching for me is limited to 3 recipes.. I have more to choose from for tailoring .
Still VERY costly for both though
