The first two refer to "restringing" a bow...using a different string and an already existing bow to make a new bow. Notice the 15 trivial (and the no-fail note.)

Twistagain is correct. If you actually look at those first two recipes, the item stats on the bows are different than the page at which it's at, and they have different item ID's.

Actully I did look at it. Yes the restring recipes are listed, but you cannot get the original recipie! They all link back to the restring versions.

The original recipe is the third recipe down, right above the sources section. Where are you looking that you are unable to find the original recipe?

At first glance, it may appear as though it's only listing the restringing recipes. I had to do a double take myself. The third recipe is the original recipe to make this bow. It's just the staff and string. It doesn't use any cams nor planing tools. You'll also notice the trivial (255) is much higher than the other two.
