15 damage arrow that isn't Erolisi?

Someone in game has claimed that there is a 15 damage arrow that isn't the Erolisi one. Anyone hear or see a link of it?

Cultural Arrows are in a way. 11dmg+4fire dmg. That's the only one that can reach 15dmg.

yah we already know that one. the expectation is that the 13 damage one is going to DPS better than the 11 dmg + 4 ele ones are.

But - no, there is a player on Vaz claiming there is a 15 damage that isn't the erollisi one - and I ask oh yah - name it... crickets.

figured if anyone knew about it they would know here... Unless it is a raid drop.

While I have no data logs to post to back up my findings on issues with ranger range DPS.

Constants:
Endless Quiver AA
Combat Fury Archtype AA
Ferocity 3
Fury of the Ages 3
Stonewood Compound Bow
Max stats using all the shaman goodies (NOT LION'S STR)

Using BOTH the 13 dmg 100 range arrow and the 11 + 4 dmg 170 range arrows, the stats on damage were:

Max non-crit non-ts hit: 672
Max non-trueshot hit: 1150
Max trueshot hit: 2439

I've been playing with the 13 dmg arrow for a few weeks now and my findings are consistent. What this means I'm not quite sure. Some of the questions I'm asking myself are...

1) Is there a damage cap on range attack?
2) Is the 13 dmg arrow doing more damage if a mob is rooted?
3) Although the max hits are the same, is there more sustained dps using the 13 damage arrow? It would seem logical that there is but it doesn't appear to be this way.
4) How exactly is the elemental damage on the blessed champion arrow stacking with the raw dmg? Is there hard-coded immunities to elemental damage to mobs over a particular level like the fear spell line?

As for the 15 damage arrow, I personally haven't seen any raw 15 damage arrow aside from the erollisi one. However, i have been working on a theory that involves Kunark. After reading the background about this arrow, and some very clever linkages in the EQ lore from other posters on this board, I've become quite drawn to searching for this arrow.

Tidiath, the 13 damage arrow would have lower max hits than the 11+4 arrow, because the 11+4 arrow hits like a 15 damage arrow at max.

Someone posted on the Ranger's Glade that they parsed the 11+4 arrow and the 13 damage arrow in a time raid, with the 13 damage arrow coming out usually more DPS.

Not surprising... +elemental damage is notoriously fickle. Rule of thumb I've heard is to count it as somewhat less than half its value.

11 +4 would be roughly between 12 and 13 on average.
