Fletching over 282... how to skill up for ogre shadowknight of rallos zek?

Is it just me, or is there a distinct lack of skill-up paths in fletching over skill 282 for anyone other than wood elfs or worshippers of tunare & karana?

Any ideas what to make? Insufficient supplies of EP bow components in bazaar, same with Bazu bow stuff. And farming the EP bow components would take me a couple years of farming to get from 282 to 300 skill. Any other options? Anyone found anything in OoW yet for skilling up fletching over 282?

same - and havnt seen anything new on fletching vendors though other than a book.. talking about components for new arrow recipes with new expansion (got it from abysmal) - guess thats where the clues for us are.

Ok, just got the official respons from the dev's. They stated that for ogre shadowknights of rallos zek, there is a skill up path from 282 to 300 fletching with supplies that are readily available in the bazaar, on npc merchants, and as mob drops.

They suggested that I make the following from 282 to 300, and that doing so would be the fletching supplies that were the cheapest and easiest to obtain for that skill progression: Grandmaster Fletcher's Knife.

There do appear some new DoN fletching recipes, but I don't think the trivials are at the point to help you finish; perhaps as folks dig deeper into the expansion, we'll find something that does the trick. As a Tunare-worshipping half-elf, I'm in the same boat.

Two nights of missions, apprx 15 or so, as well as some solo killing in don and ive gotten 1 shaft component and 1 arrow head component.

Doesnt look like don stuff will be viable so far.

Dont recall the names, they are pretty hard to miss when you loot them tho. The arrow shafts look like your standard arrow shafts etc. Think like drak wing bones or something for the shafts.

Available to anyone. not cultural. Just gotta get the drops.

Available to anyone? Ask around about obtainability of the bazu bone. Someone who hunts in WoS since OoW came out said that they saw one bazu bone drop once.

I've checked bazaar and npc vendors for this and advertised to buy a bazu bone with /auction as well as using the zone-wide auction channel. I've never seen a bazu bone. If it's so rare that nobody's got one to sell and I've never seen a drop and in auctioning for one and checking merchants and bazaar vendors there isn't one to be had AT ANY PRICE.. then I hardly think this is a realistic skill up path. Need more than one combine attempt every 8 hours of camping for it to be a viable skill up path. Heck even stonewood compound bows are a better pick than this. At least the components for those drop once in a while.

Well for the first time ever, I saw a bazu bone for sale in the bazaar. Naturally I bought it, LOL. First attempt at the bazu bow. Success. Learned a new recipe. Made a new bow for my lowbie rogue. And improved my skill at fletching, ding 283 fletching! Seventeen more skill ups to go now.
