The fletching venders in POK both have a new book on them, something like "Using the enviroment" It has clues to the new fletching recipies. Sorry was unable to get a viable screenshot.

So Dragorn bones can be used as a Shaft
Girplan Feathers can be used as a Fletch.
Murkglider Sinew can be used as a bow string.
Bazu Bones can be used as a bow staff (probably, book is a bit vague)
I've not been able to try or check any of these myself yet, as while I was hunting yesterday I didn't really know what I was looking for, so a lot of tradeskill items got trashed. But I for one will be keeping a look for these things now so I can experiment.Comment
