Steel guardian arrow question

Steel guardian arrows are made in a Surefall fletching kit and also uses a mark of Karana. My question is: if a follower of another diety than Karana has the fletching kit and the mark, can he/she do the combine?

(Yes, I will try once I am back in game, but that is like hours from now.. )

Im not sure, I know I used the arrow heads to get smithing to 188.
I can't see why not as it does not seem to be a restricted combine, just a restiction on getting the items.

Just did these....only karana worshippers can do them because you need a no drop 'Mark of Karana' the NPC won't give it to you unless you are karana worshipper(need it to make fletching kit also)

He's on FV, where the mark of Karana isn't no drop.

Let us know what you find out when you actually try the combine.

They may have restricted the containers by Diety, similar to how they have restricted the cultural combine containers by Race, although I'm not sure that is possible in the current game engine, which may be why they used the "Diety specific No-Drop item" as a hack to achieve that.

From what i have read, i 'think' on FV if you have a Karana worshiper give you the Mark, then you are able to make the arrows.

GL with your fletching. I did mostly Karana arrows from 216 up. Was pretty easy with the new UI. Just threw money at it.

THe arrows do sell, If you have a Baz mule fill it up and dont price them too high, at least you will make a little back from what you spent.

They havent. Just grab the pattern, and you can do the combine, no matter what race.

He's probably talking about the world containers like the Neriak Forge, Grobb Forge, etc. You can't use the Neriak Forge unless you're a dark elf.
