Any decent fletching recipes for tribute?

Wondering if anyone knew the most cost effective fletched item(s) for handing in for tribute?

Someone previously mentioned that one of the Shaped Sedgewood Compound Bow's gives about 350 tribute points, but cost effective? Probably not (about 80p for the cams, plus the cost of the sedge branch if you can't forage, plus the high trivial).

Forged picks (smithing) seems to be the best value from any tradeskill, costs 2 pp to make, 320 tribute, and low trivial (49).
