Where do I find the dart making tools?--particularly the fishbone dart tool

I am not too familiar with the moon so if you can let me know any applicable levels of beasts to kill that would be great.

Also are fishbones a waste product of fishing like fish scales or will i need to bash a certain type of fish with a Coldian fish masher 34 times to produce one fishbone?

You can get fish bones by making Prepared Fish.

Problem is. You need a 171 skill in fishing to make the bones.

But its well worth the effort imho. Since the darts are nice long range throwing items.
