  • Pop Fletching not listed yet?

When I go to recipies in smithing there is a section for Pop smithing recipies.

There doesn't seem to be one for fletching.

I know a featherwood bow is one.. what others.. I need to make a list of what to save while hunting in the elementals for fletching.

    thanks in advance.

Due to the small quantity of PoP Fletching Items, we did not create a sub-section for them. There are 7 bows (on the standard Bows page... 5 after the Carved Bows, 2 others after the shaped... if sorted by name). There are no Arrows specific to PoP, unless the first arrow recipe is ever figured out... (name of ?? Arrow).

This may (big IF here) be worth a short guide article on to list these out...

"Awesome Bows"... as in hit once mob dies, regardless of level? Or super-fast that you get 100 shots off for each click of the mouse?... Or a bow that is better than bows you do have because of stats, speed and damage dished out?

It all depends on what you consider Awesome...

I am a sk and have a Nightmare Compound Bow. I like it just fine for my needs.

I am not a GM fletcher yet, but my husband just got into the Elementals and wanted to know what to look out for. My skill is 212, and I have four backpacks of acyrlia Arrow combines I haven't gotten around to hehe.

I just got GM in smithing, so I figured while I looked for newer stuff to smith, I'd start to hoard the harder to find fletching drops too.

Since this thread is about pop fletching , one more question:

I bought a few nightmare arcanid silks in the bazaar, but still have not found the mobs that drop the silks in Nightmare regularly. I only see a few spiders near the zone in side of the river., but they dont seem to have "creeper" in their names. Are they just an ultra rare drop? Is there a better place to go?

          Thanks again for your help!!

Here are the PoP bows that I can remember off the top of my head. Just check their recipes for the parts.

            Nightmarewood

            Stonewood Need Earth Access

            Featherwood Need Air Access

            Obsidianwood Need Fire Access

            Primordial Driftwood Need Water Access

This is no means meant to be complete, just what I can remember off the top of my head. Stonewood and Featherwood seem to be the Favs of the melee/rangers in my raiding circle. Have fun!

I believe the spiders in PoN that drop the silks are trap mobs.

One trap that I know the location of is north of the gargoyle city. To locate the trap, go south from the Hedge, past the PoNb zonein, past the rock outcrop. There is a hill ahead of you with the Gargoyle city beyond it.

From here you can hug the zoneline over the hill to the gargoyle city. If you do not hug the zoneline and follow the hill around, you will trigger the trap.
