Blessed Squall Compound Bow, not trivial at 203

I just made 3 Blessed Squall Compound Bows with a fletching skill of 203 and did not get the "you can no longer advance your skill from making this item" message, so that means the trivial is greater than 203. Pervious reports place the trivial equal to or below 221 so we now know that it is >203 but <=221.

The fact that I went 3 for 3 in attempts to make the bows suggests that it may be closer to 203 than 221, but that's a bit speculative given the small sample size.
