Stats on GM Fletching Knife?

A guildie just got his...and the link shows it has INT WIS and STR. So we got the two classic skilling stats, plus the alt skilling stat for Smithing, but why not DEX?

Didn't Denmom get SOE to confess that DEX was the alt skilling stat for Fletching? And if so, why isn't it on the Fletching trophy? People can get it well before 250, so the skilling days of an owner may well not be over.

The seven non-race/non-class restricted tradeskill trophies all have the same set of stat bonuses on them - 10 to strength, wisdom and intelligence, 50 to charisma, and of course the appropriate skill mod to that trophy. Dexterity is only on the poison-making trophy.
