Chunks of Condensed Flame/Ice/Shadow

My friend "Search" couldn't help me on this one, so I have to actually post a question:

Where can I farm Chunks of Condensed Flame/Ice/Shadow?

Crombattleaxe mentioned in the Smithing forum that he was able to get Chunks of Condensed Shadow in Akheva. Do the other types drop there? Is that the only place?
