karana Fletching/smithing broken?

Over 100 combines on steel arrowheads and steel guardian arrows resulted in 0 successfull combines.

Niether is trivial to me and **ALL** attempts failed. Contrasting to a 50-75% success rate yesterday doing the same items.

And well, since the heads are not coming, I can't attempt any more arrows.
