Anyone know all the mobs that drop these in PoF? If so can you please post them here or direct me where I can find them...Thanks for the help..much appericated...

I'm betting if you search you'd find the answer. But in any case, they only drop from mobs that spawn during Fennin Ro encounter.Osprey

Thats what I've found and heard but I also recently heard that they drop off reg mobs now...and not just during the fen ro...raidDanzin Wyndon

I loot for my guild on raids somewhat regularly and haven't seen any except on the fennin run. Of course there really aren't all that many fiend-type mobs running around in the fields either.Osprey

Blazzax the Omnifiend can also drop a gut, but that is still a raid mob.Comment

ya blaz and fennin ring only thing that drops the fiend guts! hehe GL on gettin those whent they drop the fletchers hord them
for good reason blazz is a pain and fennin can be too
