i m in Sebilis server (french server)
i m trying to find the seller of Mark of Karana et block of steel bu ti cant find him!!!! i go in the right place i m sure!
How is it possible ?
(My deity is tunare maybe it is for this ? )

Assuming that the french server is at the same patch revision that the american servers are, look for him in Surefall Glade.

Altho now that you mention that you're a Tunare follower, don't bother. He won't give you the Mark of Karana, thus making all the rest of the items worthless since you can't make anything without the Mark.

The Sebilis and Kael servers are not on the same revision than the SOE-Servers. So we have to wait for the next patch.

He will only give you the mark if you are a Karana worshipper.

the steel is available on the same vendor that gives you the mark

all store bought peices of ore are steel.

if you use a file and water on steel it becomes steel boning and fine plate armor is fine steel.

but if your looking for the completely redundant "block of steel" i think its sold in surefall or something

actually i think the steel must be refined. the block of ore you smith into fine steel but the block of steel is already steel which is why its more expensive. no idea why out fo a 15 ston block you only get 2 steel arrowheads though.

edit look at weigh difference tween steel boning and large brick of ore. like 15.0 to nothing. not quite nothing but you get my point.
