I spent the evening in the Tower of Frozen Shadows last night. I fished in three spots (pool of blood on the fifth floor, entrance and exit water on sixth floor) and did not see anything other than the standard fishing table (fresh fish, scales, rusty daggers, etc).
200 fishing and I went through 5 stacks of bait. I feel secure that there are no Grotto Bluegill in TOFS.
They do sound more like a Siren's Grotto fish, will head over there and find out
