Seahorse.Roe(foraged). Is it possible to maybe fish it also? It would sure make sitting under water in Erud's Crossing slightly more engaging.

Nope.
Have spent many hours there fishing and foraging at the same time. Roe isn't part of the fishing table. However, it should be a mob drop somewhere in that zone, and my guess would be off the seahorses ... so if you can lure some to your camping spot while you're questing ...

It has been confirmed over in the tailoring section (and I have also verified this personally) that Seahorse Roe drops from kerra snakes and kerra spiders on the island in Erud's Crossing. A guildmate of mine killed several seahorses while we were there, but did not get any roe from them. No other mobs I killed (and I killed everything except the NPC's and the beetles) dropped the roe.

Seahorses
The seahorses do drop roe, it's just an uncommon drop.Comment
