Fishing in Plane of Storms...

Hi everyone!

As a fisher and baker, I want to use storm salmons for my cooking... I've been flagged recently and did not visit PoStorms yet. Is it safe to enter it, and how far is the closest fishing spot?

Nearest spot is pretty much right at the zone in. I fished there for some time with no concerns. At 154 skill for 50 baits I got 3 storm salmons so at this rate I will be very slow to use my 6 stacks of bread crumbs =/

You can fish right where you zone in. If you swim out a little past the first ship wreck you'll find a few rocks where you can stand and fish without worries of being trained.

Btw, if your baking skill is below 202 you are better off making salmon + jug of sauces, and saving your bread crumbs till later.
At skill 200 I was getting a Storm Salmon every 5-6 baits.

I'm at 205 baking and above 190 fishing, so i'll go straight for the breaded storm salmon, i've done enough misty thicket picnic for now (and i'll do even more later )

Ive spent some time in PoS fishing for the Storm Salmon. Id say with about 2 hand made back packs worth of bait ive gotten a little over 2 stacks of salmon. This was between 180 and 185 skill in fishing, ive noticed catching alot more w/ higher skill so cant wait till 200 skill heh. Currently my magician is enjoying baking w/ em(who doesnt love just paying for jug o'sauces to get to 202 heh)

As for zone in, sometimes there is one or 2 kos frogs that wander around(was only one in zone and had to run to zone from fishing at zone in) rare but they are there. I usually fish on the ruined boats or my "secret" rock heh.

550 casts 56 storm salmons

Anyone tried different types of bait to see what may catch Storm Salmon better or does it not work that way?
