Tranquility fishing

I looked on the PoP Fishing page and didn't see a list for Tranquility. I caught fresh fish, Quellian koi, and Waterleaf Scale. Anyone know if the scale has a use?

The Waterleaf Scale has no known use; although as it stacks it's worth saving and selling to vendors, more than makes up for the bait cost.
