Rarely do I ever fail even at 190 skill..course then i used a 5% mod.

Very Very high success rate at 200 skill. I almost thought they were no fail when i was making them till i finally failed one somewhere around my 25th combine.
Its been a while since i made them but my guess is im 29/30.Comment
