Fish Bones

whats the easiest way to get fish bones? is there any simple "add cheap fish + knife = bones" recipe?

Taklebox can be bought in the Ocean of Tears and the knife can be obtained from a friendly Smith

The only problems are that the fish are zone specific catches rather than the store bought kind and the trivials are quite high.
