SOE Nerfed Fishing Training Points??

If I can recall, up until a while back you could add as many Training Points with your Guildmaster as you wanted towards your Fishing skill. BUT the other night I checked and saw that when you click on Guild Master, Fishing is not one of the skills listed anymore in which you can Train. Why did SOE stop allowing use to add Training Points to Fishing?
When did this happen?

Probably at the same time they removed Poison Making and Research from the trainers.

Did SOE ever give a reason why they did this?
If not....could there be any reasonable explaination for this?

Did you check more than one guild master? They don't all offer the same set of skills, that might be it.

There is no more level cap to them anymore also. They are just the same as anyother tradeskill now.

Is Fishing still Maxed at 200?
Also...when you mentioned level cap, werent you always able to max fishing at skill 200 even if your character was only level 1?

No it was (level+1)*5 like most other non-tradeskill skills.

No its still capped at 200.
