Trout and Other Fish

Where can I find Trout. Would like to use in my baking.

Have gotten Pine from Surefall, Koi from POT, Thunder Salmon from the Karanas but that is about it except for usual fresh fish.

That list is perfect, Thanks. I always have pole and bait with me. Hard sometimes in group (hehe) to ask them to stop while I fish and now as I romp all over the place I can check list.
