I have been fishing in Plane of Tranquility and have a couple stacks of Waterleaf Scale. When right clicked it says it can be used in tradeskills. Does anyone know what the uses are?

Back when bakers were struggling madly to find the recipe to Bristlebane's Party Platter (myself inclued) some enterprising folks found an item called karana's heartfruit salad while database diving that seemed to use the waterleaf scale in one of the subcombines.
Sadly nothing has come of this
Bet Karana made one mean salad
