Heya guys =)
Managed to get brewing done in one day. Before i started i thought i would check out the brewing forums for some info to give me an idea of the cost/time involved for raising the skill (the pottery forum helped me out heaps with log parse info). I couldnt find a parse ( i might have not been looking hard enough ehhe) So i thought i would /log on my skill ups and go through them to help some others out. PS is there a log parser out there that does this for you because it hurt my eyes counting up all the "You have fashioned the items together to create something new!"
I will post some info on the locations where i brewed below. My Intelligence is 320 btw and I'm a necro.

I parked my enchanter in Highpass Hold to buy the different kinds of alcohol needed for this recipie sold by Dyn Tarburner at -59, 479 (upstairs in Tiger's Roar). The components i bought from him were the "dwarven ale, elven wine and gnomish spirits". After i bought these i zoned into Highpass Keep and put these items into the shared bank slot. From memory i believe i bought 14 stacks of each, But this didnt take me all the way and I had to make another trip to buy a couple more stacks of each.
After this I had my Necro parked in Neriak Commons, where he would pick up the alcohol from the bank there, the run to the blind fish, and head down the stairs to the brew barrel. Brew barrel at 23, -830 (In The Blind Fish, Neriak Down Under). There is a vendor right next to the brew barrel who sells the mead and casks. I forget her name =p
Minotaur's Hero Brew
cask, malt(3), short beer(2), water flask(2), yeast
This i did entirely in Neriak Foreign Quarter. I had 4 x 10 slot backpacks free so i didnt have to travel too often. To gather the components from here I had to travel to two vendors (both in Foreign Quarter).
First to get "water flask and short beer" i had to travel to Bull Crusher at -390, -255 (Near arena) who like the description says is inside a building with a small pvp arena in it. After I stocked up on 8 stacks of water and beer then I head to the brew barrel at 225, -175 (Outside Slugs Tavern). I cast DMF on myself (levitate component) and hovered over to the second important vendor called Wiska at 155, -100 (Upstairs balcony of The Smugglers Inn), she is a big ogre who sells the "yeast, casks and malts". If you dont have levitate its possible to get to her through the building, im just lazy =p.
After you have the components just head back to the brew barrel and combine away =p.
Dem-Sec Champagne
champagne magnum, grapes(2), soda water, wine yeast
For this I head to PoKnowledge. I stocked up on grapes and wine yeast from Wiska in Neriak before i headed there but I'm pretty sure that they are sold on a vendor somewhere in PoK. The soda water is made by combining soda + water flask in a brew barrel.
The "champagne magnum" are made by combining bottle + enchanted gold bar + opal in a jeweller's kit (It is a jewelers skill combine). Fortunatly enough my enchanter could enchant the gold and has a 250 JC skill so he could combine the magnum's for me. This may prove to be an obstacle for alot of you, so get a friend to combine you a few stacks before you start maybe =p The Opals and the gold make each champage magnum cost about 25 pp though, but you might as well spend some money on your last two skill points since the rest of the lvls cost barley anything to raise heheh.
