Think I found some of this the other day in SolB at the Imps near Efreeti. Don't quote me! I only *think* it was Imp Blood

Sol A too

You can get it in Sol A and Lavastorm as well. Not many people know where imps hang out in Sol A, though.

Check merchants in Neriak. I often see Imp Blood there.

The imps are generally found cruising around lavastorm.
You could also try the gypsy camp in LS to see if anyone's sold any there.

Be warned that fiery weapons are generally regarded as a waste of time though The temper components are too rare for the quality of the weapons you produce and the overall cost of the tempers (flame agates sell for around 8pp each and you need two per temper making it four for the simplest of weapons) makes the weapons expensive in comparison to what you could probably pick up in the bazaar for the same price.
