Haven't seen this one on the brewing recipe page so thought I'd submit it.

Fetid Essense
-Fishing Grubs
-Water Flask

Trivial at 122, "used in tradeskills" non-drinkable. Been told it is used for the soulstones but not positive.

Fishing Grubs can be bought from Caden (a gnome in PoK by the bank that nobody uses) and of course foraged.

Very easy combine to 122 since it is cheap and just two items.

it's there and very well known as an easy skill up route. check the bottom of the page iirc. it is in the zone essence section.
