Are you talking about recipe for Heady Paeala? This is a Luclin recipe. For Heady Paeala, you do need 2 packets paeala sap (vendor bought, I buy in SH), flask of water and a bottle. This is used for Luclin Tailoring.

As for Payala fruit, they are used essence needed for spiritstone for pottery.
