Wetfang Eyes

I'm running my VS Shaman through the quest to get the Ceremonial Strainer, and I've gotten to the Wetfang Eyes portion of the quest. Is the combine on the bag of Wetfang Eyes (yuck!) no-fail, or should I make sure to level up my Brewing skill first (I'm currently around 50).

I want to get out of Paludal Caverns. I love the XP, but they're dark and damp and nasty and smelly. Only fit for Ogres and Trolls, I say.

Since it's in a special container and not a brewing barrel I would assume it's no-fail and not a brewing combine at all.

I've done the quest twice and got it both times on the first try but my brewing skill was well over 100 on both toons at the time so it's not conclusive.

I would have to agree that this is very likely to be a no-fail combine since it's just 8 eyes in a container that was given to you. It sounds like the typical "fill this with XXX" that is a standard part of MANY quests.

After spending about 4 hours swimming around in the dark, I can confirm that it's a no-fail combine.
