Today's Patch Message

Just got the patch message from the Newbie Zone. As from this patch casks will stack!!!

- Newly Stackable Items - Valor Crystals, Ceramic Linings, Holgresh Fur and Casks are now stackable. Also, Valor Crystals can be sold to vendors.

I'm a bit dubious about this, since they nerfed brewing last year because they said it was too easy, but now they make it easier to get to 248 via Minotaur Hero's brew. I expect they'll nerf the Minotaur Hero's Brew next.

I guess I'll be spending more time brewing, and even more time absolutely stinking drunk (hey, you have to check each batch, don't you?).

Stackable casks makes me extremely happy. Now I can do MHBs conveniently with the one or 2 bags I normally carry around, rather than having to load up on extra bags just for the occasion so I don't have to run back and forth to the vendor as much.

They didn't really make MHB *easier*...they just made it take less inventory space. Its still a long, boring, carpal tunnel inducing process.

and me with just getting to 198... ah well great from here on out, just need to decide if I wanna got all out in Brewing or hold out on those last 2 points till I get smithing over 200...

not so much easier, but more suited to doing a nice 'run' loading up enough for 4~5 stacks of attempts instead of 2 & enough casks to hopefully get thru

Figures they would make casks stackable... just a few days after I hit 250 in brewing. Now if they would only get rid of the trivial failures also... ;-)

Should be happy, hehe, but can't help being annoyed that this wasn't in place when I was doing all those MHBs.

Well at least Grobb Liquidised Meat will be more convenient to make, hehe.
