I am using this to get brewing up mainly for shawl quest reasons. My main question that i can't seem to find an answer for atm...What is this used for? Is it something useful or just resell to vendor? Not looking to make profit, was just wondering if i might need to hold onto it for something further down the road.

Has absolutely no use, other than to raise your alcohol tolerance. After Ol Tujim's trivs this sin't a bad way to raise brewing if you have access to a large quanity of foraged vegatables.
