Didn't keep exact stats, but I can confidently say I averaged 1 skillup/20 combines from 182 to 250. Worst run on MHBs with no skill was around 100 at 220=>221 skill. Best was back to back skillups 204=>205=>206.
Total spent was *maybe* 300PP from 182 to 250.
Two attempts to get trophy..ah well...still not much worse than buying a tink bag...
