I plan to continue checking it as I raise my skill, but I'm thinking it trivials with Grobb Liquidized meat at 216.

Golbin Temper is Trivial at 92.

I condirmed this last night. I have been making these for a few days and had skill imp'd to 92 on my last combine the night before. The very next combine gave me the message that I could not advance my skill.
