Blackburrow Swig?

I saw a recipe for Blackburrow Swig on Alla's (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=15273) and I have never seen this brew mentioned before. I searched here and still nothing. Is this a quest recipe?

The recipe from Alla's is:

Blackburrow Swig - 2 Ol'Tujim's Fierce Brew, 2 gnoll scalps, 4 blackburrow gnoll skins combined in a blackburrow cask.

The gnoll scalps, blackburrow gnoll skins, and blackburrow cask are all dropped in BB.

If I'm right it's a no fail combine for a Rouge quest, don't know what one.

It's part of the rogue Burning Rapier quest. I would imagine it's only listed as a recipe because the cask isn't used up by it, so it looks a lot more like a tradeskill combine.

The ingredients do not combine in a regular brew barrel, nor can the blackburrow cask be used for any other combine.
