The essence of windstone and crushed windstone arent listed in trade supplies so I assume this is a drop? where and how common

Windstones are a semi rare drop ... I get mine either in TM of the Grimlings or at the bazaar. 2 Windstones in a mortar and pestle make the crushed windstone. Essence of wind.. best place is TS of the air elementals (have see inv) or keep an eye out in the bazaar.
