After a wrist breaking 24 hours or so of real time gameplay (not consecutive!) I finally achieved my goal...250 Brewing with trophy!
I didn't track my combines primarily because I was pretty much brain dead. Yeah, you guessd it...1 Cask, 3 Malt, 2 Water, 2 Short Beer, 1 Yeast. Rinse/Repeat ad infinitum....aaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhh!!!!
No....more....Minotaur...Hero's...Brew.
Anyway, the only thing I remember of note is that it took me around 200 combines to go from 228 to 229. I was buying MHB supplies in 80 combine stacks and was well into my third set of 80 before I finally hit 229. Also, 240 to 248 went really fast. On two occasions I had skillups on consecutive combines.
It took me 49 Demi-sec champagne combines to hit 250 and I was successful on my first attempt at the trophy. I made Demi-sec Champagne because it sells well to folks interested in the Protection of the Cabbage/Xanthe's Ring/Earring of the Solstice quest.
Vital Stats: WIS 239 with gear and KEI
Tools Used: Geerlok device for trophy combine and Champagne combines (wanted to have as many successes as possible for resale)
