Can parts of combines be MQd in a brew barrel?

I want to make tainted avalanche ale, one of the components, an ice wyvern stinger being no drop. Is it possible for me to collect the no drop things and bring them to the brew barrel to be combined by the brewer so the brewer does not have to collect them himself?

No, brewer has to collect the no drop component. If you put a no drop item in an open world container then close it, the item will disappear.
