had my druid in EK today for about an hour and a half and she collected a full stack of tea leaves plus 4 plains pebbles in that time... i would swear thats a HUGE increase from the last time i foraged in earnest and it took 7 hours for 39 tea leaves... has anyone else noticed a trend?

Re: did they increase forage rate for tea leaves?
I am currently working on my brewing and am at 184 skill. Now on my second acct, which I had to close for personal reasons, I had another brewer at 199 skill.Originally posted by Lineahad my druid in EK today for about an hour and a half and she collected a full stack of tea leaves plus 4 plains pebbles in that time... i would swear thats a HUGE increase from the last time i foraged in earnest and it took 7 hours for 39 tea leaves... has anyone else noticed a trend?
The point to this is, that I believe the leaves you have spent a long time foraging, are also vendor sold up in PoK. I did make several Qeynos Afternoon Tea's for my various caster chars, and I darn sure didn't forage the leaves. I was looking for something else and found them. And I recall that immediately after the last patch, I was camped next to that vendor. I logged in and checked to see, and he has the leaves on him.

I would be surprised if the tealeaves were added to a vendor, though anything is possible. I suspect that they were sold by a player who didn’t know what they were used for. If you could post either the name of the vendor or his/her location I’d be happy to check it out on my sever.Pait Spiritwalker

Er...
I suspect what was seen in PoK was the Emerald Tea Leaves, used for tempers, not Tea Leaves (unless a player sold them to that vendor). Has anyone tried the Emerald Tea Leaves in the QAT recipe? If they work, we can kiss the QAT market goodbye... /cry.Chase

I spent a couple of hours farming EK last night for silks and pelts, and walked out with 30 tea leaves, many more than I normally get in that timeframe. Probably just lucky, though. *shrug*
Chase, when PoP first came out, one of the first things I did was to try emerald tea leaves as a straight replacement for the tea leaves in Qeynos Afternoon Tea. Not surprisingly, they didn't work.
